The second annual Chefs for Farmers will celebrate wine and culinary excellence with an outdoor festival at Lee Park. Produced by Chef/Owner Matt McCallister of FT33 and Iris McCallister, CFF brings together over 40 talented Southern chefs, local farmers, purveyors and premier local wine and spirit producers in an afternoon to support the North Texas Food Bank and local farms, while honoring seven stand-out leaders in Dallas’ culinary industry.

This year's events will feature chefs Jeremiah Langhorne of McCrady’s (Charleston, SC), Janice Provost of Parigi and Kent Rathbun of Abacus and Jasper’s, complemented by performances from local bands and DJs. The 2013 honorees include Chef/Consultant Sharon Hage formerly with York Street, Chef Graham Dodds of Central 214, Founders Brandon and Susan Pollard of the Texas Honeybee Guild, Publisher Nanci Taylor of Edible Dallas & Fort Worth, Owners Robert and Kaci Lyford of Patina Green Home & Market, Lucian LaBarba of FreshPoint, and the late Chef/Co-owner Randall Copeland of Ava and Boulevardier.
