MetroCooking Dallas is a food lover's heaven, with a marketplace to buy specialty food products, cooking demonstrations, tastings and talks from famous food personalities. Included on that list is an appearance by Paula Deen, who's recently come under fire for some non-food related issues. Also scheduled to appear are Terry French, Brad Turner, Jason Roberts and Debi Mazar & Gabriele Corcos, among others.
