The Trinity River Wind Festival is an event in Dallas to celebrate the beauty and spirit of the wide open spaces along the Trinity River. The free festival includes demonstrations of show and stunt kites, public kite flying, a kids fun zone with clowns, face painting and bounce houses, a Girl Scout Zone with photo booth and paper airplane making contest.
