2015 Fort Worth Food & Wine Festival: Late Night Desserts After Dark
The Fort Worth Food & Wine Festival’s #latenight aims to please, using Firestone & Robertson’s TX Blended Whiskey in their creations, eight pastry chefs and eight mixologists crafting special eats and drinks. Guests can spend the evening sampling these special noshes and elixirs, then vote on theirr favorite edible and libation.
Pastry chefs include American Food and Beverage (Laurel Wimberg), Bonnell's/Waters (Sally Schwartz), Central Market (Sarah Hooten), Chef Evan (Evan Farris), Dude, Sweet Chocolate (Katherine Clapner), Melt (Kari Crowe), MOD Bakehouse (Lina Biancamano & Carla Thurston), Stir Crazy Bakery (Robbie Werner) and Sweet Lucy's Pies (Lindsey Lawing).
Beverage participants include American Food and Beverage, Avoca Coffee, Bird Cafe, Bob's Steak and Chophouse, Proper, Thirteen Pies, Thompson Bookstore and The Usual.
