The annual Castle Hills Spring Concert Series will feature two different musical tribute experiences: Texas Flood, with a tribute to Texas legend Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Derek Spence, with a tribute the George Strait.

On May 4, Texas Flood’s Stevie Ray tribute and blues band will take the stage with hits such as “Look at Little Sister,” “Change It” and “Crossfire.” The band will also entertain with hits from blues legends Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Albert King and B.B. King. With their raw, high-energy performances, Texas Flood has become one of the premier blues bands in North Texas and is sure to be the “Pride and Joy” of this year’s concerts.

On June 15, Derek Spence will present Castle Hills with a George Strait tribute concert featuring the artist’s greatest hits such as “Amarillo by Morning,” “Run” and “The Chair.” This one-of-a-kind show will re-create a George Strait concert from the ‘80s and ‘90s, with Spence mimicking the look, sound and mannerisms of the “King of Country.”
