The 4th Annual Spring Concert of Muses & Open Mic showcases the talent behind the talent from two fine arts schools in Dallas. The concert will feature two special guest performers - Dallas Opera Chorus soprano Jasmine Barnes and violinist Mark Landson of Dallas Open Classical.

The production is produced by the founders of Park Cities School of Music and Lakewood Conservatory of Fine Arts. The annual event showcases the gifted instructors who teach and propel the musical talents of students throughout the DFW Metroplex. Pianists, violinists, singers, and dancers will perform a variety of musical genres. A grand finale will spotlight an original piano composition played by Park Cities School of Music founder Eva Brandys with an adaption performance by a painter and ballet dancer.

This year the program format evolves to offer an Open Mic led by Dallas Open Classical - an organization that brings classical music into the heart of every day popular culture. Open Mic welcomes professional and amateur musicians to play anything related to classical music. From violin solos to opera arias to string quartets and horn concertos. Tickets cover fee with a portion of proceeds benefiting The Omnis Project. Savory bites, water, juice for kids and wine provided. All ages welcome. Pay at the door. Free childcare including art activities and snacks.
