Abacus presents James Beard After Dinner featuring Chef Christopher Patrick

An invitation to cook at James Beard House is one of a chef’s greatest honors, and Abacus Executive Chef Christopher Patrick will be doing just that, preparing a “Dallas Decadence” menu for 80 guests in New York City. Abacus will celebrate this iconic career accomplishment with Patrick recreating his James Beard Foundation menu at Abacus. 

The multi-course dinner will begin with an hors d’oeuvres reception and focus on Texas products including buffalo, pheasant and rabbit. Each course will be paired with a Jackson Family Wine.
