Afterimage Gallery presents Mitch Dobrowner: New Photographs of Storms opening reception

eventdetail

Mitch Dobrowner, perhaps the best known storm photographer working today, will be the first featured artist in the new location of Afterimage Gallery, one of the oldest photographic art galleries in the world, established 45 years ago this month in 1971. The exhibit will coincide with the Dallas Art Dealers Association's Fall Gallery Walk. Mr. Dobrowner accompanies storm chasers to collect commanding imagery and then digitally prints the work in a unique, dramatic high contrast style. Most of the photographs in this show are from his latest excursion a couple of months ago.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through November 15.
