St. Germain hosts a Mediterranean wine dinner on both Friday and Saturday beginning at 7 pm to celebrate Bastille Day on July 14. The five-course menu features historic dishes of the Mediterranean including rosemary broiled sea bass, tart tatin and bistecca alla Fiorentina with papas. Reservations are $95 per person.
