CARE (Chemical Awareness, Resources & Education), a non-profit, community-based organization, will welcome former Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers defensive end and linebacker Charles Haley as the featured speaker of the 31st Annual CARE Breakfast, presented by Bank of Texas.

During the breakfast, Scott Murray will conduct an interview with Haley discussing his battle with bipolar disorder and drug abuse before finally getting help. Today, Haley is in recovery and works passionately with “Tackle Tomorrow,” a fund he started to further educate children during non-school hours.

Natalie and Mike McGuire will serve as honorary chairmen of the annual breakfast, which will help support CARE and the crucial assistance they provide for individuals and more than 10,000 families who struggle with the challenging repercussions of substance abuse.
