The 19th annual Bishop's Gala will feature one of America’s legendary rock and roll bands, Huey Lewis & The News. This year, the spotlight will be on the Power of Love theme – not just the 30th anniversary of the Grammy Award-winning band’s No. 1 Billboard hit, but the power of love and caring for those in need during Catholic Charities’ 125 years of service in Greater Dallas.
This year’s esteemed Gala Committee Chairs are Steve and Betty Suellentrop, who will be supported by a strong committee including John and Michele Stephens, Monica and Mark Wischmeyer, Kathleen Woodyard, Mel Bangs, and many others key leaders.
All proceeds will be going to Catholic Charities of Dallas’ four pillars of service: strengthening families, alleviating hunger, preventing homelessness and welcoming the stranger.
