Irving's beautiful Mandalay Canals will come alive with music, dance and crafts, making for a great free family outing. Visitors can take in performances on three different stages, including Indian, African, belly and hula dancing, family improv, comedy and magic, and popular Texas acts like the Jonathan Fox Band and Jenna McDaniel.

There will be free face painting and balloon twisters for kids, henna tattoos, craft booths, and shopping for artisan wares. If the waters of Lake Carolyn beckon, you can rent a pedal boat or paddle board.  Or let one of Irving’s own authentic Venetian-style gondoliers do the steering and the singing.  Food trucks will sell everything from frozen desserts to a variety of ethnic bites.
