The annual Legacy Award Dinner celebrates visionary leaders who are invested in the mission of The Cooper Institute to build healthier generations by instilling the value of good health. The Cooper Institute is dedicated to promoting life-long health and wellness through research, education and advocacy.

As the NFL celebrates 100 years of football glory, The Cooper Institute celebrates the NFL PLAY 60 FitnessGram Project, a decade-long partnership between The Cooper Institute and the NFL Foundation. Together, they are working to improve the trajectory of children’s health and wellness by encouraging 60 minutes of daily physical activity.

During this year's event, The Cooper Institute honors the National Football League Foundation with Charlotte Jones Anderson, NFL Foundation Chairman Dallas Cowboys Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer.
