Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden presents Chinese New Year Garden-to-Table Dinner
Acclaimed Chef Kent Rathbun will present a delectable menu for this Chinese New Year themed Garden-to-Table Dinner. For the first course, guests will enjoy assorted dumplings and spring rolls paired with white wine. Chef Rathbun will also demonstrate how to make dumplings live.
The main course of Mongolian BBQ ribs, fried rice, Chinese cabbage, caulilini salad with soy cashew dressing and selected Chinese beer pairings will also feature Chef Rathbun in the kitchen demonstrating his seasoning and preparation for perfect ribs. The meal will be finished off with a delicious avocado-raspberry roulade with coconut yuzu cream and a light red wine.
