Presenting not one, but two amazing soloists, this concert is sure to impress. Violinist Chloé Trevor is sure to dazzle on The Lark Ascending, as you’ll experience some of Vaughan-Williams’ most powerful evocative pastoral writings. The solo will be followed by Charles Ives’ rarely performed, yet equally bucolic, Symphony No. 3, “The Camp Meeting.” The orchestra also welcomes Kyle Orth, winner of the Dallas International Piano Competition 2014, to perform Mozart’s beloved Piano Concerto No. 20 in D Minor.
