The Dallas Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier will present the annual Raiser Grazer, A Dame Good Celebration, an evening of delectable bites and drinks prepared by some of the most talented women in Texas’ world of cuisine and beverage. Members of Les Dames d’Escoffier, the international organization of women in the culinary arts, create an elegant experience turning it into a French countryside setting for the evening.

Each year this accomplished group of women come together for the Dames’ annual fundraising event featuring food, wine, fine beverage and impeccable hospitality, showcasing female chefs, farmers, winemakers and fine beverage producers throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Members of this organization are limited in number, must be nominated and voted on, and are given the title of “Dame” at their initiation ceremony.

Among many small plates and ample pours to enjoy, offerings come from such talent as Janice Provost (Parigi); Jill Bates (Fearing’s); Paula Lambert (The Mozzarella Company); Susan Auler (Fall Creek Vineyards); and dozens more Dames whose craft you admire.

While you are feasting and enjoying live music, be sure to enjoy some friendly FUNd-raising, such as:

  • “A Dame for a Day” auction - a day with a Dame from which to learn private cheesemaking, winemaking, cake-making, or food-touring;
  • A Cake Walk — the live-music game in which you walk away with a cake made by one of the leading pastry chefs in Texas;
  • A Cork Pull — enhance your cellar with a bottle of two from the private collections of our members.
