Dallas Chop House will present a chef's tasting three-course dinner paired with Dalmore Scotch and a cigar to finish the night.

Menu includes:


  • Crab Salad (pickled daikon radish and viola flowers)

First Course

  • Espresso Crusted Salmon (couscous salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and melon)
  • Dalmore 12yr

Second Course

  • Roasted Pork (onion petals, mandarin orange-ginger marmalade, veal sauce, spruce ash)
  • Dalmore 15yr

Third Course

  • Marinated Flat Iron (roasted cauliflower, dried grapes, almond, curry and carrot curry sauce)
