Dallas Fish Market will present a chef-driven, five-course, oyster dinner with martini pairings.
Executive Chef, Richard Triptow has created this special evening highlighting oysters and martinis in four courses with dessert. Chef Triptow will introduce each course and guide guests through the dining experience.

- Oyster Caviar Pie / savory custard, paddlefish caviar, green apple, crème fraiche
- Olde Salts/ hot & cold, truffle oyster stew, Minus 8 Mignonette, smoked trout roe
