Dallas Fish Market will present Sake & Kaiseki, a six-course dinner featuring Japanese-inspired dishes, each specially paired with Sake.

Menu includes:

Amuse:

  • Umeboshi - pickled plum, yellowfin ahi, toasted ground sesame, upland cress
  • Paired with Hakutsuru Awa Yuki Sparkling

First Course:

  • Sake Steamed Wakasa Tilefish - salted begonia leaf, ground glutinous rice, ginger juice, basil blossoms, babu arae
  • Paired with Ozeki Platinum Junmai

Second Course:

  • May Hassun - chimaki-zushi (sushi rice/glutinous rice) ahi tuna, Japanese pepper leaf buds, bamboo leaf
  • Paired with Ozeki Karatamba Hojozo

Third Course:

  • April Yakimono - broiled tofu, egg sauce, tangerine lace
  • Paired with Kasumi Tsuru Kimoto Extra Dry

Fourth Course:

  • March Yakimono - cherry salmon, miso marinade then cherry smoked, mint blossoms
  • Paired with Yoshinogawa Winter Warrior

Dessert Course:

  • Crispy Rice Pudding - sushi rice, dried blueberries, gingered carrot coulis, carrot sourbet
  • Paired with Murai Nigori Genshu
