The Dallas Marathon will host the 2016 Kickoff Party & 5K Presented by Miller Lite - a chip timed 5K and post-race party. Limited entries are available; participation in the kickoff run will be capped.
Participants will receive:
- Entry into chip timed 5K race
- Official 2016 Dallas Marathon training tech shirt
- Access to the post-race party with free beer provided by Miller Lite (for 21+)
- Participant giveaways from race partners and local sports teams including the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars, FC Dallas, and Texas Rangers
Entertainment will be provided by Dallas’ award-winning Beatles tribute band, A Hard Night’s Day. Local food truck favorites will also be on hand. The after party will start immediately following completion of the 5K.
