Dallas Observer Iron Fork is a grand tasting event with a center stage featuring the Chef Challenge, moderated by restaurateur Kent Rathbun. Two top chefs will receive a basket of ingredients and will go head-to-head for the prestigious Iron Fork award. During the event, attendees will enjoy the chef challenge, and tastings from local restaurants, alongside wine, beer and cocktail samplings. 

All tickets include the Iron Fork Chef Competition, unlimited food samples, and eight wine, beer, cocktail samples. Additional drink sampling cards are available for purchase at the event.

Featured bites include Empire Baking Co., Five Sixty, Fresh Art Foodie, Go Loco Street Tacos & Burritos, Great One Cookie Company, Henry's Homemade Ice Cream, Isabelly's Chocolates & Sweet Treats, Kabuki Japanese Restaurant, Kookie Haven, Norma's Cafe Park Lane at Central, The Mozzarella Company, Old Town Creamery, Sandwich Hag, Stirr Dallas, Trompo, V-Eats Modern Vegan at Trinity Groves, Vidorra Dallas, and more.

All guests must be 21+ with a valid I.D. A portion of the proceeds will benefit North Texas Food Bank.
