What is Wassail? It is just a fussy Old English word for hot cider. Check out the delicious Wassail recipes at the participating merchant locations around the historic downtown Denton Courthouse on the Square and beyond. Tasting will take place during the Holiday Lighting Festival on Friday and continue on Saturday.

Merchant participation will vary on each day, but Wassail tasting is free and for all ages. Saturday the fun will also include some live music here and there on the square and beyond, as well as more Wassail stops to taste and select  your favorite recipe.
