Cook Hall hosts Four Corners Brewery for a five-course beer dinner at 7 pm. Courses include baby octopus salad with rosemary and olives paired with Paletero Pale Ale, pork belly sliders paired with El Chingon IPA and braised short rib with fried summer squash paired with Red’s Roja American Amber.
