FT33 presents guest chef series with Brandon Baltzley
FT33 chef-owner Matt McCallister teams up with Brandon Baltzley of the recently opened TMIP Restaurant at Exterior Farm in Michigan City, Indiana, for an eight-course meal prepared without electricity or modern cooking techniques. All cooking will be done over a live fire, and guests will dine by candlelight. Dishes will include no more than three components. Reservations are required.
