Country star Gary Allan, whose recent album debuted at number one on the Billboard Top 200, will perform during opening weekend of the 2013 Spring Thoroughbred Season at Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie. The concert will be free with the regular $5 general admission charge before 5 p.m. and $20 after 5 p.m. Special VIP concert packages are available for $62 or $72.
