Get your Hatch Chile fix as local chefs handle a mystery basket of ingredients, with Hatch Chiles as the main ingredient. They will have one hour to create a dish as you look on while sipping wine and beer samples. Judges ultimately decide the winner of the Golden Chile, but that doesn’t mean you don’t get to try out the dishes too. The event is $25 and runs from 3 to 5 pm.
