Sevy’s will be serving wines from Amici Cellars of Napa Valley in a four-course menu that includes dishes like salt-crusted striped bass with fennel and green olive slaw, extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon as well as a beef tenderloin filet with creamed spinach, fire roasted beets and carrots, cabernet reduction and crispy shallots.
