Jasper’s presents Simi Wine Dinner

Jasper’s is teaming up with Simi Winery to host a special dinner. Jasper’s kitchen has created a menu just for the occasion and will be featuring passed appetizers and four food-friendly courses including oysters, red snapper and pork collar au poivre. Alongside each dish will be an expertly paired wine from the Simi portfolio. Winemaker Lisa Evich will engage with diners and speak about the lineup.

Passed Appetizers

  • Smoked Irish Point Oysters with lemon butter, crispy bacon lardons and grana padano
  • Hamachi Crudo with avocado puree, serrano, meyer lemon oil, candied tangerine zest and smoked black sea salt

  • Grilled Asparagus-Blue Crab Salad with crispy prosciutto, Hollandaise, toasted sourdough and sunny side up egg

  • Brazilian Grilled Pineapple with gorgonzola ice cream, candied pecans, honey and Simi Merlot glaze
