Ladera Wine Dinner
Abacus welcomes Ladera Winery to Dallas for a special collaborative dinner. Chef Kent Rathbun and his team prepare delicious starters and a four-course menu to be paired with Ladera’s California wines. And as diners enjoy their feast, Western regional sales manager Danny Saavedra discusses the wines being served. Menu items include smoked oyster, snail shooter, ahi tuna, braised rabbit buckwheat ravioli, cotes du boeuf with Roquefort “dauphinois” parsnips and chanterelles.
