Les Dames d’Escoffier presents Raiser Grazer
Local female chefs, winemakers and food professionals come together for this annual food feast hosted by the Dallas Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier (LDEI). Chefs will partner with local farmers from the Dallas Market on their featured snacks. Options include Tiffany Derry’s salmon tartare with avocado and olive tapenade, beef from Perini Ranch and pistachio ice cream from chef Dunia Borga of La Duni Latin Kitchen. It is one of the first major events at The Shed, formerly known as Shed 1.
