Lev Aronson Legacy/Festival [https://www.facebook.com/LevAronsonLegacy]

The Lev Aronson Legacy festival was created in order to bring back the life, history, and music of Lev Aronson, the long time principal cellist of the Dallas Symphony, renowned teacher, and Holocaust survivor.

The festival will also feature six time Emmy award-winning filmmaker Ty Kim,who will bring his documentary about the life of Lynn Harrell, one of Aronson’s finest students and world-renowned cellist. This will be a pre-release private screening of his work-in-progress film, and both Maestro Harrell and Mr. Kim will be available for questions at the event. There will also be performances by world-class artists Ralph Kirshbaum, Tom Landschoot, Karlos Rodriguez, Melissa Kraut, and Brian Thornton, and a residency at the Dallas Holocaust Museum, and outside performances.
