Nosh is putting on a Middle Eastern cooking class at 10 am with lunch and wine after. Learn how to prepare Avner’s Mother’s Salad with bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and parsley as well as Moroccan braised boulette, chicken and grilled Merguez sausage with cous cous and vegetables in saffron broth.
