Corporate Chef Samir Dhurandhar will present a very special homage to National Chicken Month. Guests will indulge in a one-of-a-kind family-style First Wednesday Supper featuring an exquisite variety of chicken dishes from around the world, starting with a tasty selection of appetizers:

  • Mole Verde Zacatecanos Tacos – poblano, tomatillo, cilantro (Mexico)
  • Chicken Oysters – Jamaican jerk spice, habanero mango salsa (The Islands)
  • Chicken Lollipops – Shanghai style, five spice, shaoxing (China)
  • Deviled Eggs – foie gras mousse, crispy chicken skin (France)
  • Goi Ga – chicken salad, fish sauce, Thai bird chilies, peanuts (Vietnam)

The international culinary adventure continues with an array of entrées and sides, including:

  • Panang Chicken Curry – ‘chicken’ flavored jasmine rice, kaffir lime (Malaysia)
  • Murgh Makhanwala – garlic naan (India)
  • Mochiko – Hawaiian fried chicken, ponzu (Hawaii)
  • Wu Gu Ji Tang – silken chicken soup, shiitake, dried scallops, Virginia ham (China)
  • Duck Confit Mac ‘n Cheese (USA)
  • Confit Chicken Tators (France)
  • Yorkshire Pudding (England)
