Oak will present Easter Sunday Brunch with a menu prepared by their executive chef, Jeramie Robison.

Easter Brunch Adult Prix Fixe Menu includes:

  • Asparagus Salad | whipped mozzarella, frisee, crispy lardo, fine herbs
  • Green Gazpacho | tomatillo, crab, lemon, borage
  • Avocado Toast | smoked trout, english pea, shaved fennel, spring greens
  • Tamale |smoked chicken, charred tomato, sunflower, poached egg
  • Strawberry Rhubarb Pie | pink pepper meringue

Easter Brunch Kids Menu includes:

  • Toad in a Hole | crispy bacon, roasted potatoes
  • Brioche French Toast | blueberry syrup, roasted potatoes
