Oak Cliff native Ray Wylie Hubbard is a semi-regular at The Kessler, so there's no better spot for him to choose to record a live album, which is what he'll do over the course of two shows. The two-night stand will feature some new songs along with some of his earlier songs like "Snake Farm," "Growl," "Eternal and Lowdown," "Crusades of the Restless Knights," and maybe even everything else going all the way back to 1975.
