Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek presents Taste of Paris
Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek will present a culinary partnership with Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel in Paris. Executive Chef Bruno Davaillon will be joined by two guest chefs from Hôtel de Crillon, Executive Chef Christopher Hache, who earned a Michelin star in 2011 for Hôtel de Crillon’s Les Ambassadeurs restaurant, and Pastry Chef Jérôme Chaucesse, who was named France’s Best Artisan (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) in 2015.
Guests will enjoy a six-course tasting menu at The Mansion Restaurant. Executive Chef Hache and Executive Chef Davaillon, who hails from the Loire Valley in France, will prepare a creative gastronomic experience tailored to refined and adventurous palates alike. Highlights will include Lobster with Pickled Peach, Black Garlic and Brown Butter and Black Bass with Chanterelle, Australian Truffle and Chive Blossom.
The menu will be available July 17-24.
