The third edition of the popular Smoked Dallas will feature edible offerings prepared by award-winning traditional pitmasters and celebrated chefs doing their take on barbeque. Among the participants this year are Black’s Barbecue, BBQ on the Brazos, Bet The House BBQ, Chef Dean Fearing, Cousins Bar-B-Q, Hutchins BBQ, Lockhart Smokehouse, Longoria's BBQ, Louie Mueller Barbecue, Micklethwait Craft Meats, Pecan Lodge, Schmidt Family Barbecue, Valentina's Tex Mex BBQ, and 18th & Vine Barbeque, with sides from Cafe Momentum.
Live music at the event will include Toadies, Shinyribs, Dirty River Boys, The Roomsounds, and Dean Fearing's Lost Coyote. Tickets for the evening concert offering can be purchased along with BBQ dining tickets, or as a standalone entertainment experience.
Smoked Dallas is from 2:30-10 pm, with BBQ tastings included until 5 pm. After 5 pm, BBQ is available for sale, while supplies last. VIP ticketholders can enter Smoked early at 1:30 pm, having one hour of VIP only access to the BBQ tasting before other ticketholders arrive. VIP perks include two free drinks, early entry, entry into the VIP area with VIP bar, restrooms and stage viewing.
At 5 pm the tasting portion of the event has concluded, but music, dancing, drinks, fun, and dancing continues until 10 pm. Concert only ticketholders are allowed entry from 5-10 pm. This ticket includes the concert only. BBQ will be available for additional purchase inside the festival, while supplies last.
