Thanks-Giving Square presents Winter Festival of Faiths

The Interfaith Council of The Thanks-Giving Foundation will be presenting the third annual Winter Festival of Faiths celebration, a diverse variety of faith and cultural groups will showcase their religious and winter holiday sentiments through dance, chanting, traditional singing, percussion, and instrumental music. The purpose of this multi-cultural celebration is to educate and enrich understanding of many faith traditions that celebrate the onset of winter with a religious and cultural expression of joy in the season, as well as share a message of common humanity.

Festival of Faiths will include presentations by Aztlan Dance Group; CSLDallas, A Center for Spiritual Living, Dallas Baha’i’ Center, Dallas Black Dance Theater, Dallas Street Choir, DFW Sikh Youth Bhangra, Holy Trinity Hellenic Dancers, Ismaili Muslim Youth Choir of Dallas, Northway Christian Church Music Ministry, Oak Lawn Methodist Church, Temple Emanu-El, The Dallas Indian Mission UMC, The Korean Traditional Music Association of Texas and Vedic Chants.
