At Birds & Brew, guests will enjoy exploring trails with a sunset backdrop, enjoying the air-conditioned exhibits in the Center after-hours, sampling brews from three local breweries on scenic decks overlooking butterfly gardens, wetlands and the Great Trinity Forest, snacking on bites from area food trucks and visiting with live birds of prey from Window to the Wild.
