Truck Yard presents Stoplight Party on Valentine's Day

eventdetail

Green, yellow and red. Yes, those are the colors that make up stoplights, and therefore, those are the colors of a Stoplight Party. Which, for the uninitiated, is a party where attendees dress to convey their relationship status. Green means single or looking for a relationship. Red means that one is currently in a relationship. And yellow, well, that just means that you’re confused. Poor yellows.

So don whatever color best represents your status, and get to the Truck Yard for a very different kind of Valentine’s Day party. Bring some friends, make some new ones and never be puzzled about who’s fair game for a charming approach.

A template will be provided to get you started: “Hi, I’m [insert name here]. I see we’re both wearing green. What do you say we continue this riveting banter over a cheesesteak?”

Since all of the above would benefit from drinks, you know there will be drinks. In this case, beer specials, as Truck Yard will be serving PBR and Lone Star for just $2. And if you don’t have someone to snuggle up with, try wrapping your hands around one of Truck Yard’s Hottails – those would be hot cocktails like the Herman Marshall Hot Toddy and Spiked Motor Sisters Coffee, Chai or Cocoa. They won’t be around for much longer, and they’re a delicious way to warm your cold heart.
