Turner House will present a repeat of last year’s successful Rising Star exhibit, which highlighted Dallas-area artists. The artists were nominated by galleries which do not represent them.

Rising Star 2014 will feature artists designated by a variety of galleries: Anna Membrino by Barry Whistler Gallery, Kristina Smith by Cohn Drennan Gallery, Tyler Butcher by Craighead Green Gallery, Jason Stallings by David Dike Fine Arts, Sour Grapes Collective by Kirk Hopper Fine Art, Riley Holloway by Mary Tomas Studio Gallery, Allan Siggers by Valley House Gallery & Sculpture Gallery, Robert Jackson Harrington by The Reading Room and Mark Pieterson by Zhulong Gallery.
