The USA Film Festival will present An Evening with James Ellroy. Ellroy will read from and talk about his new book, Perfidia: A Novel, at an author's reception and conduct an interview about his career and film adaptations of his books with Dallas Morning News film critic Chris Vognar. The evening will wrap up with a screening of L.A. Confidential, with an introduction by Ellroy.
Schedule:
6:30 pm: Reception and book reading with Ellroy ($24 advance and $30 at the door, copy of the book included)
7 pm: Author Event with Chris Vognar, Dallas Morning News film critic
8 pm: Screening of L.A. Confidential, introduction by James Ellroy ($7)
