The Volunteer Center of North Texas, one of the nation’s largest and most active volunteer centers, will celebrate Fort Worth volunteerism and community impact at its first Big Hearts of Fort Worth Awards Breakfast. This inaugural event will recognize and honor individuals and organizations that have been at the forefront of volunteerism in Fort Worth, contributing toward countless transformational acts of kindness.

Big Hearts of Fort Worth will honor Donna Arp Weitzman, the Junior League of Fort Worth and the Texas Jewish Post with the 2014 Lifetime Achievement Award, which is given to those who have been dedicated to making a significant difference in the lives of North Texans.
