Five of Dallas’ finest chefs will prepare a multi-course farm-to-table meal paired with select wines. 2018 Field & Vine Chefs include Matt Balke, Bolsa; Graham Dodds, The Statler; Sharon Hage, Restaurant Consultant and Chef; Jeff Harris, Headington Restaurants, Commissary; and Nathan Tate, Boulevardier & Rapscallion.

The event benefits Youth With Faces, a Dallas nonprofit serving young men and women in the juvenile justice system. Youth With Faces gives youth in the juvenile justice system the skills needed to break the cycle of incarceration and create positive futures. The organization offers life-changing career and character-building programs, including Culinary Arts, Work Readiness, Dog Training and Therapeutic Horticulture.
