If you never outgrew your love of go-carts (guilty), then SpeedZone is just the ticket. Slide around the polished concrete track on Slick Trax, or jet for the finish line in a 300-horsepower dragster in Top Eliminator. Thunder Road track is less intimidating, with single- and double-person carts, and kids won’t feel left out when they get their chance to drive the Lil’ Thunder course. When you’ve had your fill in the car seat, play a round of mini golf, or try your hand at mini bowling. Personally, we have a soft spot for skee ball.
SpeedZone also has private rooms and picnic pavilions for birthday parties and other special events. Food and drink service can be a bit spotty, so be patient.
