After a January 2014 remodel, 3 Stacks now offers sit-down dining. Co owners Trace "The Rib Whisperer" Arnold and Jason Hall also tweaked the menu to include new dishes such as fried dill pickles, cheese fries, beef short rib burger, brisket cheesesteak and BBQ Cuban sandwich. Other menu items include tacos, barbecued meats by the pound, pizzas, sandwiches and Frito pie. There is also a merchandising area for Arnold's signature rubs and sauces.
