Blue Goose's website says that in order to prepare their food, they start chopping and cooking EVERY morning at 7 am. Adorable! Come on -- the reason you go to Blue Goose is to sit on the patio, drink margaritas, eat chips & salsa and check out the scene on Greenville Ave. Their patio is THE spot on St. Patrick's Day, and they also host a crowded Sunday brunch. Their generic Tex-Mex -- fajitas, enchiladas, nachos -- is an after-thought. For those customers who've left Greenville Avenue, and their wanton youth, behind, Blue Goose outposts have sprouted in Addison, Plano, Frisco and Highland Village.
