The talking point is the carrot. Every plate comes with a single, large cooked carrot, along with the steak and mashed potatoes. It's a big, big carrot. Clientele includes expense-account businessmen and athletes. Dirk alert! It's super-noisy and service is harried. This branch on Lemmon is the original, which opened in 1993, but there are more Bob's in downtown Dallas, Plano, Grapevine, and Fort Worth, plus California, Arizona, and Australia.
