Former Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek chef Randall Warder goes indie and opens his own American spot with modern European sensibility and shared plates. The deal here is house-smoked meats — brisket, pork, chicken, turkey, and maybe a seafood of the day — served by the half-pound or pound. He brings an elevated chef perspective but keeps Greenville Avenue's casual, funky spirit. Favorites include meatballs and crispy artichokes. Adjoining Clark is sibling C'Viche, Warder's casual drop-in for cocktails and seafood.
