Parking is a nightmare, the staff has plenty of attitude and Louie’s only takes cash or American Express. And – that’s right – people dig it. This-crust pizza is the big draw; even Guy Fieri had to check it out for Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Crowds can swell on the weekends, but fellow patrons are far from pretentious, so it’s no big deal to wait.
